Place of origin: Family home in Italy.

Anna Recchia a member of the Di Rezze family in front of family home in Casalvieri, Frosinone. This photo provides a visual memory for the Di Rezze family of their place of origin. It was their family home for generations until the 1950s when a number of family members settled permanently in Sarnia, Ontario.

The photograph was donated by the Di Rezze family for the historical project of 1988-1991. The project was a physical pictorial exhibit realized by the Italo-Canadian Cultural Club of Sarnia-Lambton in 1989. The collection was expanded for the publication of "One by One...Passo dopo passo... History of the Italian Community in Sarnia-Lambton" in 1991.

The photograph was collected c.1988 to 1990. The rights were given by the Sandrin family to the Italo-Canadian Cultural Club of Sarnia-Lambton. In 2016 the rights of this collection was transferred to Italian-Canadian Archives Project (ICAP).
